A companion they can talk to
Daily check-ins, friendly conversation and answers to everyday questions, all by voice. It's an AI, and it always says so.
For families caring from a distance
Cosight is a friendly care companion that lives at your parent's bedside. They just talk to it. It checks in every day, reminds them about medicines, guides their vitals, and keeps you in the loop.
You call every evening. They say they're fine. But did they take the blood pressure pill? Are they eating? Are they lonely? When you live across town or across the country, the not-knowing is the hardest part.
How it works
Your parent's companion arrives ready to go, with a blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter and scale already paired. Tell us their medicines, routines and language, and we configure everything.
No apps, passwords or tiny buttons. Your parent talks to Cosight the way they'd talk to a person. It reminds them, asks how they're feeling, and guides them through a quick vitals check.
The family app shows each day's check-ins and readings, so you know they took their pills and did their readings. One tap starts a video call.
Hear it for yourself
Recorded on the real device. Turn the sound on: that's Cosight's actual voice. (The parent's voice is a stand-in.)
At 6:30, Cosight reads the evening pill from the prescription. Dad says “I've taken it”, confirms, and it's recorded for his care team.
What it does
Daily check-ins, friendly conversation and answers to everyday questions, all by voice. It's an AI, and it always says so.
At the right time, Cosight reads the instruction from their prescription out loud and shows exactly which pill to take. They just answer: "I've taken it."
Blood pressure, oxygen and weight from A&D Medical devices, plus Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and Oura if they wear one. Readings their doctor can actually use.
English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog and many more. Video calls are live-translated, so grandkids and doctors can talk with them too.
If your parent says "I fell" or "chest pain", Cosight tells them to call 911 and calls their care team on its own. And you see every check-in and reading in the family app.
Cosight connects over cellular, so it works in homes without internet. A satellite option for remote areas is coming soon.
Made for real homes
Cosight is its own device, not another app on a phone they never charge. It sits on a nightstand or kitchen counter, stays plugged in, and is always ready to listen.
The first weeks after a hospital stay bring new medicines, new routines and plenty of worry. Cosight helps your parent stay on track and keeps you informed.
They want their independence. You want to know they're okay. Daily check-ins give you both what you need without hovering.
Whether they're across town or across the country, Cosight speaks their language and keeps you close across time zones.
Honest about what it is
We think trust comes from being clear about limits.
The doctors behind Cosight
Emergency, hospital and rural-health doctors help design how Cosight checks in, what it notices, and when it brings in a human.

We're welcoming a small group of families now, setting up each companion personally and staying in close touch for the first month. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out within two business days.
No. If they can have a conversation, they can use Cosight. We set everything up before it arrives, and it stays plugged in and ready. There are no passwords or apps for them to manage.
Cosight is an AI companion, and it tells your parent so. It isn't a nurse or doctor. When something needs a human, it lets the family (and, if you choose, their doctor's office) know.
The blood pressure, oxygen and weight devices it uses are FDA-cleared, made by A&D Medical. The Cosight companion itself doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Cosight speaks many languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Tagalog, and can live-translate video calls. Tell us your parent's language on the form and we'll confirm.
Only if you want them to. You can link their doctor's office so readings and reports are shared with the care team.
Your family's information is encrypted and handled under HIPAA-grade safeguards. We never sell data or show ads. You choose who in the family, and which care team, can see what.
We're finalizing founding-family pricing now. Join the waitlist and we'll share the details with you personally. Joining doesn't commit you to anything.
We're onboarding a small number of founding families first. Tell us where your parent lives when you join the waitlist and we'll confirm whether we can support them.
