For families caring from a distance

Be there for Mom and Dad, even when you can't be there.

Cosight is a care companion your parent never has to set up, touch or operate. It speaks up when it's time for pills, a reading or a video call, and they simply answer out loud. You stay in the loop.

Now in beta with a small group of US families.

  • Nothing to set up
  • Nothing to tap
  • Video calls they just answer
  • FDA-cleared vitals

The phone call that ends with "I'm fine, honey."

You call every evening. They say they're fine. But did they take the blood pressure pill? Are they eating? Are they lonely? When you live across town or across the country, the not-knowing is the hardest part.

Made for parents who don't do gadgets

Nothing to set up. Nothing to touch. Nothing to learn.

If your parent can chat with a neighbor, they can use Cosight. It does the remembering, the asking and the sending. They just talk.

  1. No setup

It arrives ready. They plug it in.

We configure everything before it ships: their medicines, routines, language and care team. The blood pressure monitor, oximeter and scale come already paired, and it runs on cellular, so there's no Wi-Fi password to type.

  2. No touching

It speaks first. They answer out loud.

When it's time for pills, a reading or a call, Cosight starts the conversation on its own. Your parent replies the way they'd reply to a person: "I've taken it." "Yes, please." "Answer." No buttons, apps or passwords.

  3. Nothing to operate

It takes care of the rest.

Readings send themselves from the devices, reminders come at the right time and updates install on their own. You see each day's check-ins and readings in the family app.

Hear it for yourself

This is what your parent hears.

Recorded on the real device, with Cosight's actual voice. Notice that every answer is spoken: nobody reaches for the screen. (The parent's voice is a stand-in.)

At 6:30, Cosight speaks up on its own and reads Dad's evening pill straight from his care team's instructions. He just says “I've taken it.”

What it does

Everything they need. Nothing they have to figure out.

A companion they can talk to

Daily check-ins, friendly conversation and answers to everyday questions, all by voice. It's an AI, and it always says so.

Medication reminders, with pictures

At the right time, Cosight reads the instruction from their prescription out loud and shows exactly which pill to take. They just answer: "I've taken it."

FDA-cleared vitals

Blood pressure, oxygen and weight from A&D Medical devices, plus Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and Oura if they wear one. Readings their doctor can actually use.

Speaks their language

English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Tagalog and many more. Video calls are live-translated, so grandkids and doctors can talk with them too.

Help the moment they need it

If your parent says "I fell" or "chest pain", Cosight tells them to call 911 and calls their care team on its own. And you see every check-in and reading in the family app.

No Wi-Fi needed

Cosight connects over cellular, so it works in homes without internet. A satellite option for remote areas is coming soon.

Video calls

Face to face, without a phone to dial.

Your parent never has to find a contact or press a button. When you or their care team call, Cosight rings out loud and they just say "answer". Before a scheduled visit, it reminds them to stay near the screen, so nobody calls an empty room.

  • Big, clear video on the bedside screen
  • Answer by voice: "answer" or "pick up"
  • Live translation, so grandkids and doctors can talk with them in any language
  • Start a call to Mom or Dad with one tap in the family app

Before a 7 PM video visit, Cosight tells your parent the call is coming up. No clock-watching, no dialing.

Made for real homes

A dedicated device, built to be simple and tough.

Cosight is its own device, not another app on a phone they never charge. It sits on a nightstand or kitchen counter, stays plugged in, and is always ready to listen.

  • Large, clear screen and loud, warm voice
  • Rugged build that handles knocks and drops
  • Plug it in. That's the whole setup
  • Works by voice, so they never have to touch the screen
  • Updates install on their own
  • Link their doctor so readings can be shared, if you choose

Who Cosight is for

Just home from the hospital

The first weeks after a hospital stay bring new medicines, new routines and plenty of worry. Cosight helps your parent stay on track and keeps you informed.

Living on their own

They want their independence. You want to know they're okay. Daily check-ins give you both what you need without hovering.

Living far away

Whether they're across town or across the country, Cosight speaks their language and keeps you close across time zones.

Honest about what it is

Cosight supports your family. It doesn't replace anyone.

We think trust comes from being clear about limits.

Cosight will never

  • Pretend to be a person, a nurse or a doctor
  • Diagnose, prescribe or change medicines
  • Replace emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or your local number
  • Sell your family's data or show ads

The doctors behind Cosight

Shaped by physicians who've cared for patients like your parents.

Emergency, hospital and rural-health doctors help design how Cosight checks in, what it notices, and when it brings in a human.

Questions families ask

Does my parent need to be good with technology?

No. They don't set it up, tap it or operate it. We configure everything before it arrives, and they just plug it in. After that, Cosight starts each conversation and they answer out loud. There are no passwords, apps or menus for them to manage.

Do they have to touch the screen?

No. Reminders, readings, questions and video calls all work by voice. Cosight speaks first, and your parent answers the way they'd answer a person. The screen shows large, clear words and buttons if they ever prefer to tap, but they never have to.

How do video calls work?

You start a call from the family app, or their care team calls from their office. Cosight rings out loud and your parent says "answer" to pick up. Calls can be live-translated, so family and doctors who don't share their language can still talk with them.

Is it a person or an AI?

Cosight is an AI companion, and it tells your parent so. It isn't a nurse or doctor. When something needs a human, it lets the family (and, if you choose, their doctor's office) know.

Is it a medical device or an emergency service?

The blood pressure, oxygen and weight devices it uses are FDA-cleared, made by A&D Medical. The Cosight companion itself doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Which languages does it speak?

Cosight speaks many languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese and Tagalog, and can live-translate video calls. Mention your parent's language in the form and we'll confirm.

Can my parent's doctor see the readings?

Only if you want them to. You can link their doctor's office so readings and reports are shared with the care team.

What about privacy?

Your family's information is encrypted and handled under HIPAA-grade safeguards. We never sell data or show ads. You choose who in the family, and which care team, can see what.

How much does it cost?

We're finalizing founding-family pricing during the beta. We'll share it with you personally before you're asked to pay anything beyond the optional deposit. Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything.

What is the $49 founding-family deposit?

It's optional. After you join the waitlist, you can reserve one of our first 25 founding-family spots with a $49 deposit. It locks in founding-family pricing, puts your family first in line when we start shipping, and is credited toward your order. Cosight is in beta and we haven't started shipping yet, so nothing else is charged until you confirm your order. The deposit is fully refundable at any time, for any reason: just email us. If we don't ship, we'll refund it automatically. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, and we never see your card details.

When will it ship?

Cosight is in beta, and we haven't set a shipping date yet. Founding families are first in line. We'll email you before we ship, and you'll confirm your order then.

Where is Cosight available?

Cosight is for families in the United States. We're in beta with a small group of founding families first. Tell us a little about your parent when you join the waitlist.
